Good to know
In the northern hemisphere autumn runs roughly from late September to December; in Brazil, Australia and South Africa it falls in March to June. Wherever you are, a nature walk is the best partner for these pages.
Autumn is also harvest time in many cultures, from Thanksgiving in North America to the Mid-Autumn Festival in China and harvest festivals in schools and villages. The harvest colouring scene and the Autumn Harvest activity book make a good link.
How to use these
- Pair every printable with a short walk or a nature find.
- Use the journal page once a week to notice changes.
- Read The Too-Big Pumpkin and talk about harvest.
