Classroom Printables: Certificates, Organisers, Bingo and Templates

  • Ages 4–14
  • Free to print
  • Many play on screen

Teachers need a steady supply of practical sheets: something for the end of term, a template for a writing lesson, a game for a Friday afternoon. This collection gathers them: award certificates for effort, reading, maths and kindness; graphic organisers like Venn diagrams, KWL charts and story maps; word and number bingo; reward charts; writing prompts; letter, postcard and comic strip templates; and lined, squared and story paper.

More about this collection

Many templates also have an ink-saver (black and white) version. Bingo games can be made with your own word list in the Create tool, and the class awards book gives you a full set of certificates in one go.

Graphic organisers are useful across subjects: a Venn diagram for comparing animals in science, a timeline for history, a KWL chart for starting any new topic. Certificates come in several styles, such as well done, reading, maths, writing, kindness, attendance, effort and end of year.

How to use these

  1. Choose the ink-saver version for whole-class copies.
  2. Make bingo with this week’s vocabulary in the Create tool.
  3. Keep a stack of certificates ready for Friday celebrations.
