Rounding decimals works like rounding whole numbers. Find the place you are rounding to and look at the digit just to its right. 5 or more rounds up, 4 or less rounds down.
To round 4.367 to the nearest tenth, the tenths digit is 3 and the next digit is 6, so round up to 4.4. To the nearest whole number, look at the tenths digit 3: round down to 4. To the nearest hundredth, look at the 7: round up to 4.37.
